1) Massage ice cubes

2) Show your tongue
Slightly open your mouth and pull the tongue to its full length. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, repeat 10 times.
3) Smiling
Hold your lips as if you are smiling for few minutes. Now make the facial expression as if the lips are pulled together and pushed outward. Keep them pulled for few minutes. Repeat this exercise at least 5 times in a day.
4) Howl
A wolf howl. Try howl for 5 minutes, say “vuuuu, avuu.” Just do it slowly pulling each letter.
5) Clockwise and anticlockwise
Close your mouth and hold your lips together. Now gently move them in clockwise rotation. Repeat it for five times and move it in anticlockwise 5 times.
In tip number 1 your lips will remain swelled for 6-8 hours
