I am a vegetarian and a wanna be vegan and today I will like to share some fruits and vegetables to make your hair healthy and strong.
So let’s get started!!!!
Walnuts : They have omega-3 which gives better health to scalp and hair.
Carrot : Has vitamin A . Which promotes a healthy scalp.
Spinach : Keeps hair follicles healthy and scalp oils circulating.
Lentils : They have protein , zinc , iron and biotin.
Take essential fatty acids from Flaxseeds and avocados . Have food which is rich in Vitamin C ; citrus fruits , strawberries and red pepper.
Biotin : encourages hair & scalp health you can have it from nuts , brown rice and oats .
Iron (essential for hair growth) : Can be found in black strap molasses , green leafy vegetables , cashew , dried fruits , figs and berries.
Food sources that have organic silica should be there in your diet Cucumber , mango , beans , celery , asparages , pumpkin , seeds , Brazil nuts and pecans. They all have organic silica.
Consume kidney beans .
Vitamin A is essential for natural conditioning of scalp . Have dairy products (vegetarians) . Consume Orange / Yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta carotene ( which makes Vitamin A ) . Also have Pumpkins and Sweet Potatoes.
