Letting “Enough” Be Enough

Working full time has quietly changed how I take care of myself. By the time the day ends, I’m not just tired—I’m empty. My body wants rest, my mind wants quiet, and even small tasks can feel heavy.

I care deeply about my health, but some days I simply don’t have the capacity to do everything “right.” Meals are simple, movement is gentle, and rest often comes before motivation. And yes, there’s still guilt—but I’m learning to loosen its grip.

Right now, health looks softer for me. It’s listening to my body, choosing what feels manageable, and allowing myself to slow down without shame.

If you’re working full time and struggling to balance it all, know this: doing your best is enough. This season isn’t about perfection—it’s about kindness, patience, and staying afloat with grace.
