Hi! Guys today I will be reviewing a face oil from the K-Mart brand called Beauty Care. K-Mart is an Australian company where you can find  lots of drugstore makeup and skincare products. I picked this face oil from their store, because this product has rosehip oil in it and it is very cheap. I thought let’s give this product a go and here I am reviewing it.

So let’s start with the review

PRODUCTIt comes in a dark glass bottle. Which keeps the quality of the product in a good condition.

Price – AUD $3

Claims – Nourishing, Paraben free, Mit free and No artificial colours.

Ingredients
Paraffinum Liquidum –  👎🏻 (high up in the list so not good for your skin can clog pores)

Fragrance- 👎🏻 (irritates your skin)

Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Fruit oil- 👍🏻 (moisturizing ingredient)

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil- 👍🏻 (mimics your skin sebum and very moisturizing)

Benzyl Salicylate- 👎🏻(is a fragrance enhancer and has no direct benefit on your skin. Too much use of this product can cause negative effects on your skin)

Citronellol- 👎🏻 (is a fragrant ingredient  as well and can cause allergies to people with sensitive skin)

Eugenol- 👎🏻 (component coming from clove essential oil. Any product coming from essential oils should not be applied on your skin)

Geraniol- 👎🏻(another component coming from geranium essential oil)

Butylphenyl Methylpropional- 👎🏻 (fragrance)

Linalool- 👎🏻 (fragrance)

Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde- 👎🏻 (fragrance)

Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone– 👎🏻(fragrance)

My experience – I am someone who is from Oily skin family and I needed a product that is budget friendly and provides a good level of moisturization. I bought this product from K-Mart. I used this for almost a week and I realised that it is really heavy for my skin type. It doesn’t get absorbed within my epidermis. Also my skin was flushed after using this product. I discontinued using this face oil. Now, I use it as my body oil because of it’s moisturizing properties. Also, it has over powering smell of roses. The color of this face oil is transparent.

Pros –
Has rosehip and jojoba oil

Cons –
Too many fragrance product

Overall review– This product has too many fragrance product which can cause irritation to any skin type. I would suggest you guys to stay away from it. It has some good ingredients in it like rosehip oil and jojoba oil but fragrance can irritate your skin and can cause allergies. I will not buy this product Again.
