Tuesday :Your body
Get up in the morning. Take shower soak yourself for a few minutes.

Actively use the scrub for a few minutes. Wash off the scrub.. (Currently I am using coconut oil + Sea Salt scrub)

Rub the problem areas of cellulite with sponge. Rinse and slather your body with a lotion or anti-cellulite cream.

This will take less than 30 minutes!
