Sensitive Skin type : Rice Bran oil , coconut oil , jojoba oil and sweet almond oil .
Dry Skin Type : Extra Virgin Olive oil (EVOO) , avocado oil , sesame oil and sweet almond oil.
Oily Skin Type : Grapeseed oil , Jojoba oil , rice bran oil
Acne Prone Skin : Neem Oil , Rice Bran oil , Sunflower oil , Sweet almond oil and Tea Tree oil.
Normal Skin Type : Borges oil , Avocado oil and Olive oil.
Mature Skin : Rosehip oil , Carrot seed oil , olive oil and EVOO.
Oil Cleansing Method :
* Choose your oil according to your skin type.
* Select your skin type blend . If you have acne , sensitive and oily skin choose around 25-30% blend of castor oil or vitamin E oil . Rest 70-75% use your choice of oil. Normal and Mature skin type choose 15-20% Castor oil or Vitamin E oil . Dry skin type need 10% castor oil or Vitamin E blend .
* Boil some water in a pot for 5 minutes until it is very hot
* Apply oil to your face and massage in a circular motion for 4-5 minutes.
* Always apply more oil on the problem area of your face .
* Give your face a good steam for 5 minutes
* (optional ) you CAN massage your face again for 5-10 seconds , then again steam your face.
* Remove excess oil by scrubbing your face with a warm towel.
* Close your pores by splashing cold water.
This method reduces the secretion of oil on your face & Removes impurities on your skin too.
